We are able to register new NHS patients if they live within our catchment area.
You can register as an out of area patient with restricted services.

Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS Register with a GP: Wordsley Green Health Centre service
- visit reception from 10am to 6pm and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
