Extended Hours Surgery

To provide greater access for our patients, Wordsley Green Health Centre offers appointments outside of the core hours above. These are:

• Monday evening from 18:30
• Tuesday morning (first bookable at 07:25)
• Tuesday evening from 18:30
• Thursday evening from 18:30

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
